Please read this carefully — you accept it when you start using TriHonu, and it forms part of our Terms of Service.
TriHonu is coaching guidance, not medical advice. The plans, readiness calls, and suggestions it (and your AI coach) provide are for general training and informational purposes only, and are not a substitute for professional medical, physiotherapy, or nutritional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult a professional before starting or changing a training or nutrition programme — especially if you have any medical condition, injury, or symptoms (e.g. chest pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty). If you feel unwell during exercise, stop and seek medical help.
You train at your own risk. Endurance training carries inherent risks of injury. You are responsible for your own safety and for judging whether any session is appropriate for you on the day.
Data may be imperfect. Guidance is generated from device and third-party data (e.g. Garmin, TrainingPeaks) that can be inaccurate or incomplete, and from AI that can make mistakes. Use your own judgement.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriHonu and its operators accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on its guidance.
